5 Ways to Stay Energized & High Vibing Thru Out Your Day

So, you’ve done the healthy version of your morning routine and you’re feeling pretty good. All energetic, clear headed and ready for the world. Look at you doin your thang! Now all you gotta do is keep that same energy going til the end of your day. You got this!


We’ve put together a list of 5 easy, energizing activities. You can use them to maintain or improve your energetic situation. They require minimal effort and no more than 5 minutes of your time.

Water – You gotta stay hydrated. Dehydration is a major cause of fatigue. Even mild dehydration can affect your mood and energy levels. The main reason dehydration causes fatigue, is because it impacts the flow of oxygen to the brain and causes your heart to work harder to oxygenate the body’s organs and we’re not here for that. So help your body improve or maintain what you have going on energetically by grabbing a glass of water. Preferably alkaline water but that’s a whole other blog.


Deep Breaths – The basic idea is to take deeper, slower breaths in succession. So to generalize it, you’re taking in deep breaths thru your nose and allowing your stomach to expand and fill with air at the same time. Then hold the air for at least a couple of seconds before exhaling thru your mouth. This is a great exercise to do when you feel yourself loosing energy or your sanity.

Another term for deep breathing is is Diaphragmatic Breathing. There are several different techniques. Some techniques are a little more involved but there are some really easy basic ones too. Do some research and find one that works for you.


LOL– Literally LOL. A good laugh, naturally releases a cornucopia of good feeling vibrations . Laughter not only boosts your mood but it’ll also supports your physical health as well. Laughter can help strengthen your immune system and relieve stress. In my opinion nothing works faster than a hardy laugh to put you in a good mood. So why not watch a couple of your favorite comedy clips for a good chuckle or get in touch with that friend that’s always a good time, you’re bound to get a laugh or two from the exchange.


Stretch Your Body– A good stretch to start your day is golden but a stretching through out the day is helpful too. Stretching loosens up your posture for more flexibility. It also helps release tight muscle tissue and increases blood flow which will leave you feeling invigorated.


Aromatherapy – Essential Oils are an awesome choice for boosting your energy. You can inhale them aromatically or apply them topically. Aromatherapy is capable of shifting mood, helping you feel more awake and focused and ready for the world. Peppermint and Eucalyptus popular quick pick me ups.


These are quick fixes to perk you up or keep you going thru out the day. However, on a day to day basis to maintain a steady flow of energy you’ll probably want to increase your energy maintenance routine, to include quality rest, a decent diet and some stress management.
